Flux-cored wire "NXZ-700"

For soft steel and 490MPa grade high-strength steel! It has excellent workability in terms of bead appearance and arc stability.

The "NXZ-700" is a metal-cored flux-cored wire for carbon dioxide arc welding, designed for excellent resistance to gas porosity (pitting and gas grooves) in primer-coated steel plates, suitable for downward and horizontal fillet welds. It features a fast welding speed that improves work efficiency. The slag is also thin, providing excellent detachability, bead appearance, and arc stability, contributing to superior workability. We also offer other options such as the slag type "NXW-300," the fast welding suitable "NXM-100," and the low current/thin plate welding suitable "NXM-100T." 【NXZ-700 Features】 ■ Excellent resistance to gas porosity (pitting and gas grooves) in primer-coated steel plates ■ Fast welding speed that improves work efficiency ■ Thin slag with excellent detachability, bead appearance, and arc stability, enhancing workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Flux-cored wire "GFW309"

The adhesion of the welding metal is good! The generation of spatter is low, and the slag removal is easy with this wire.

The "GFW309" is a flux-cored wire suitable for welding thin plates with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm, which is impossible with 1.2 mm. The stability of the arc is good. There is little spatter, and slag removal is easy. It is used for dissimilar welding between stainless steel and carbon steel or low-alloy steel, initial layer welding of stainless clad steel, and initial layer welding of stainless steel buildup welding. 【Features】 - Suitable for welding thin plates with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm, which is impossible with 1.2 mm - Welding positions include downward, horizontal, and upward - Good fusion of the welding metal, resulting in a smooth bead - Good arc stability - Little spatter generation, and easy slag removal *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
